~ Variations in final appearance can occur do to the uniqueness of each piece.

~ Most pieces have been applied with a durable polyurethane finish. Polyurethane finshed wood products are not intended for extended outdoor use. All weather outdoor finish is available.

~ Do not use any item for purposes other than intended.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 5 business days of receiving the item(s). If item(s) were damaged during shipping a claim will be filed. Refunds will be credited back within 5 business days of receiving the item back.

Payment Policy: We accept most major credit cards, cash and PayPal. Taxes are not included on price shown for customers where taxes apply.

Custom Orders: Please contact us with questions regarding custom orders.

Shipping Policy:

Most shipping fees are calculated at check out.

We ship items via UPS Ground.

If the items purchased are large enough to require freight shipping, extra charges may apply.

International shipping will be determined on a case by case basis.

If you live within 30 miles of our location, we can deliver directly to your home for a (small) fee.

If you prefer, you may pick up your order at our location.

Shipping costs charged at check out will be refunded at pickup or if we deliver.

Please contact us if items are sent to Hawaii, Alaska, Internationally, or if your items require freight shipping, special delivery or pickup arrangements as extra shipping charges or refunds may apply. We understand that larger items are expensive to ship, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery Policy:

All in stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Because our items are handcrafted, and made to order, some items are not in stock. If your items are not in stock at time of purchase, they will be made and shipped in approximately 3-4 weeks of the purchase date.

Items shipped UPS Ground will take approximately 2-7 business days to reach delivery destination.

Care Instructions: Do not use harsh chemicals including some wood cleaners if food will be served on the piece. For pieces that food will be served on use luke warm water to clean and then dry thoroughly. Furniture polish can be used on all other items. Butcher Block Oil may be applied to keep pieces from getting dull.
